Who Andrew is
Andrew Bulloss leads the gaming and gambling practice at Odgers, formerly Odgers Berndtson, which describes itself as the only global search firm with a dedicated practice for senior gaming appointments. He also leads the firm's UK sports, media and corporate affairs teams. He has been with Odgers since around 2011, moving from sports recruitment into iGaming and betting; before that he spent eight years running recruitment teams at a UK-listed search business.
His team directs board, C-suite and non-executive searches for listed operators, private equity portfolios and regulated suppliers, and managed more than 90 senior appointments across 14 countries in the year to February 2025. He is a regular commentator on iGaming executive talent and board appointments.
