Who David is
David McDowell co-founded FSB Technology in 2007 with Sam Lawrence and ran it as CEO for 15 years, building a London-based B2B sportsbook and iGaming platform on a SaaS model. Under his leadership FSB took a £23m majority growth investment from Clairvest in 2019, ranked 13th on the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 the same year, and secured Nevada licensing in 2022. He moved to the board in December 2022; FSB was acquired by EveryMatrix in July 2024.
Earlier he co-founded GameAccount Network, later GAN, which listed in 2013, and before that a Toronto software business. He now consults through Plum McDowell Limited and serves as an Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at London Business School, where he took his MBA.
