Who Lee is
Lee McFarland founded Behind The Gloves in March 2023. What began as informal boxing sessions at industry conferences has become a wellbeing and charity events organisation for the iGaming sector, with an advisory board formed in 2026 and Midnight Mayhem, a charity fight night at ICE Barcelona in January 2027 with a fundraising target of €200,000.
His operating career runs through delivery and operations leadership for regulated markets in North America and LATAM: Head of Delivery, North America at Light and Wonder, Senior VP of Operations at Strive Gaming, and his own consultancy Praxis Point. He joined White Hat Gaming as VP of Delivery in June 2026. Before iGaming he served as a British Army paratrooper and worked as a private security contractor.
