About the speaker
Daniel Graetzer is Managing Partner at Newton-Lorenz and Advisory Partner at Partis, focused on corporate strategy, M&A and early-stage ventures in AI, iGaming, Web3 and fintech. Across 21 years in tech, digital media and gaming he has built companies from basements, taken them through exits, raised tens of millions in venture capital, and shut down a high-profile US sports betting brand after the market fundamentally changed. He co-founded Mediatech Solutions in Spain (acquired by R. Franco Group in 2017), founded Carousel Group and MaximBet (launched with Nicki Minaj and Maxim Magazine, closed in 2022), and holds advisory and investment roles at Alkimi Exchange, meVu bet and several mental health AI start-ups. He writes openly about failure, founder psychology and the compounding cost of small mistakes.
