Who Daniel is
Daniel Graetzer founded Carousel Group in 2017, the Madrid-based operator behind SportsBetting.com and Racebook.com. The group built proprietary sportsbook technology with an in-house trading team, launched in Colorado in 2020, and signed a ten-year multi-state market access agreement with Caesars Entertainment in 2021. With Maxim magazine he launched MaximBet, a lifestyle-branded US sportsbook with Nicki Minaj as investor and ambassador, which closed in November 2022.
Before Carousel he was executive director, COO and CPO at Mediatech Solutions in Madrid, an iGaming platform provider later acquired by R. Franco Group. He began in Australia's regulated betting industry. Since 2023 he is a partner at the strategic consultancy and seed investor Newton-Lorenz, and since 2024 an advisory partner at Partis.
