About the speaker
Grainne Hurst is the CEO and Interim Chair of the Betting and Gaming Council, the body representing the UK's regulated betting and gaming industry. With senior roles at Entain (Ladbrokes Coral) and a stint as a UK Government Special Adviser behind her, she is one of the most influential figures in gambling policy. A specialist in strategic management and advocacy, she has spent years navigating the intersection of commerce and the House of Commons. Grainne is also a board member of Global Gaming Women. She is known for her unfiltered approach to policy and her deep understanding of the machinery of Whitehall.
