The honesty is the hard part.
Leo Judkins, Founder, The iGaming LeaderWe run Inner Circles in six-week cycles. And the final session of each cycle looks the same every time.
Members recap where they got to: the goal they set at the start, what they hit and what they didn't, and what they're carrying into the next one.
A decision that they'd been overthinking for way too long. A conversation they finally had. A key hire, a strategic pivot, or the clarity they'd been missing for months.
Six weeks earlier those things were stuck. By the final session, they're not.
And some members are honest about where they fell short too. Someone sitting in front of their peers saying: I didn't get there, and here's what got in the way.
That kind of honesty takes a level of trust that takes weeks to build, and it's the part I'm most proud of in how this group works.
After the final session, members often meet in person — a dinner, drinks, the conversations that don't get recorded. No replay link, no summary doc. It's the part you can't screenshot.
That's what the structure is actually for. Not the framework, not the format. The six weeks of showing up, being challenged, and eventually being honest — with the group and with yourself — about what moved and what didn't.
