The Mastermind
How it works, who's inside, and how it differs from a generic executive group. Written for anyone comparing their options.
The short version: we match you into an Inner Circle of five vetted peers at your level of seniority, from different companies, with no conflicts of interest. You meet for one hour a week, and they act as your personal advisory board for the decisions you can't discuss anywhere else.
Every session runs the same structure. You present your biggest decision, challenge or opportunity for two minutes. You get eight minutes of feedback from people who've made that decision before. Then you rotate, so everyone gets a hot seat, every week.
The cadence is weekly, and it's a real commitment: members are expected to join at least 4 of the 6 Inner Circle sessions in each six-week cycle. Most members say they get as much from the fifty minutes of listening and advising others as from the ten minutes on their own hot seat — there's a reason for that.
Founders, C-suite executives, MDs and VPs from across iGaming: operators, suppliers, affiliates and consultancies. Every member has 15+ years in the industry and leads a team of 20 or more, or is responsible for a significant P&L. Right now that's 22 members with 330+ combined years in iGaming, across four continents.
Every application is reviewed personally by the founder, followed by a suitability call to work out whether you're at the level where this works — and whether the current circles fit where you are. If it's not right, you'll be told, and where possible pointed somewhere better.
Membership comes with two NDAs. The legal one: every member signs a non-disclosure agreement before joining, and nothing leaves the room. And the other one: a No Dickheads Allowed policy, applied at vetting. Circles are matched so they contain no competitors and no one you report to — which is exactly why you can say things here you can't say anywhere else.
Three things, mainly. Everyone is in iGaming, so the context never needs explaining. Everyone is senior — this isn't a mixed room where you moderate what you say. And nobody in your circle competes with your business or sells to it, which is what makes real candour possible.
A general executive group gives you management perspective. This gives you people who've sat in your seat, in your industry.
Membership is £9,750 per year. One fixed fee — no tiers, no upsells. Most members run their own ROI on it before joining.
"An hour a week. Ten hours back."
