Most executive peer groups in the UK and Europe cost between about £3,000 and £20,000 a year. The price depends on three things: how often you meet, who facilitates, and who is in the room.
The iGaming Leader Mastermind, which I run, costs £9,600 a year and is built only for senior iGaming leaders.
This guide compares the main options fairly, including when another group is the better choice for you.
Most providers do not publish their prices, and joining fees, chapter dues, travel and VAT often add to the first-year cost.
| Option | Approximate annual cost | Group size | How often you meet | Who is in the room | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The iGaming Leader Mastermind | £9,600 a year, billed annually (equivalent to £800 a month) | Inner Circle of 5 | Weekly, 1 hour | Senior iGaming founders, C-suite and VPs, 15+ years’ experience, leading teams of 20+ | Leaders who want regular, confidential challenge from people who know the iGaming industry |
| Vistage UK | Roughly £10,000 to £18,000 a year, plus a joining fee (third-party estimate; Vistage does not publish UK prices) | Around 12 to 16 | Monthly full-day meeting plus monthly 1:1 coaching with a Chair | CEOs and owners from different industries | Leaders who want a professional Chair and cross-industry perspective |
| YPO | Global dues of about $4,790 a year plus a one-off initiation fee of about $4,790, plus local chapter dues (often £10,000 to £14,000+ in year one) | Forums of about 8 to 10 | Varies by chapter | Chief executives who meet age and company-size thresholds (generally joining before 45) | Eligible CEOs who want a global network and long-term relationships |
| EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) | Roughly £3,500 to £9,000 a year depending on chapter, plus initiation fees | Forums of about 6 to 10 | Monthly forum, plus chapter events | Business owners and founders | Founder-owners who want a local, cross-industry community |
| Helm (formerly The Supper Club) | £495 joining fee plus £495 a month (about £6,400 in year one) | Groups of about 6 to 8 | Monthly, plus a retreat | UK founders and CEOs of scale-ups | UK founders who want a founder-only group led by an exited founder |
| WorldGaming Executive, Inner Circle tier | £4,999 a year (lower tiers from £499) | Capped at 30 new members a year | Curated events, dinners and introductions through the year | Senior gaming executives, founders and investors | Gaming leaders who want curated introductions and event access |

A paid Chair or facilitator costs more than a peer-led group. You are paying for a professional to prepare each meeting, run it and follow up with you between sessions. Peer-led groups rely on the members and a fixed format instead.
Weekly or monthly full days cost more to deliver than quarterly events. Venues, food and a facilitator’s day rate add up quickly. Short virtual sessions cost less to run, but someone still has to organise them and keep the group together.
Vetting, small groups and matching by seniority take time and cost money. Every applicant who is turned away is time spent with no fee attached. A small group also spreads the cost across fewer people.
Joining fees, chapter dues, retreats, travel and VAT. These rarely appear in the headline figure. Ask for the full first-year cost in writing before you compare one option with another.
A peer advisory group is the same small group of people meeting often enough to know your business and challenge your decisions. Over time they learn your numbers, your team and your habits, so the challenge gets sharper.
A networking membership gives you access to many people through events and introductions. It widens your circle. It is not built to go deep on one decision.
Both are valuable. They solve different problems, so it helps to know which problem you have before you pay.
The names can be confusing. WorldGaming Executive calls its top tier the Inner Circle. At The iGaming Leader, an Inner Circle is a different thing: a fixed group of five senior peers who meet every week.
The iGaming Leader Mastermind is a vetted mastermind for senior iGaming founders, C-level executives and VPs, typically with 15+ years’ experience leading teams of 20+. It is a working peer group, not a networking membership. This is what it includes.
No single group is right for everyone. This is how I would choose.
Whichever option you look at, ask these before you sign anything.
Vistage does not publish UK prices. Third-party estimates put the CEO programme at roughly £10,000 to £18,000 a year plus a joining fee. Confirm with Vistage directly.

The terms overlap. Both mean a small, confidential group of peers who challenge each other’s decisions. “Advisory board” usually implies a facilitator and a formal format.
